Situation

The apartment is approx a 45 min drive south of Alicante Airport, situated on the urbanisation of Al Andalus II.
The market town of Torrevieja is only a 15 min drive, where you can enjoy a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A large street market is held every Friday and an indoor market daily. Afternoon and evenings you will find stalls set up on the promenade.
There is also a local street market on Saturday, in the direction of the Mercadonna.
La Mata and Torrevieja salt flats on the outskirts of the town are now listed as Natural Parks. There is a visitors centre at the park and some take the mud baths, reputed to be of therapeutic value.
You are approx a 10-15 drive from some of the finest blue flag beaches in Spain, such as La Zenia, Punta Prima and Cabo Roig.
